Shipping & Return Policies
We process and ship orders from our warehouse in Germany Monday through Saturday. Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation.
Shipping within Germany
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of German taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, taxes and shipping are included in the total merchandise value. We currently offer free shipping within Germany.

When you proceed to purchase your order, customs duty (where applicable) and import taxes for your country will not be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges. All relevant import taxes and duties depend on your country of destination and will be charged seperately by your local customs. We recommend you check the fees with your customs before placing the order.
We currently offer international shipping with DHL or Deutsche Post at a flat rate of EUR 10 per shipment. We offer free worldwide shipping on orders in excess of EUR 500 (after discounts are applied).
We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. See below for our full return policy.
We currently offer secure one-step checkout via bank transfer, credit card and Paypal for international orders. Schoenbach Jewelry’s prices are set and charged in Euros. Prices displayed on www.schoenbach-jewelry.com in different currencies other than Euros are SUBJECT TO CONSTANTLY CHANGING CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATES AGAINST THE EURO.
We will accept the return of most unused and unworn merchandise in its original and undamaged packaging within 14* days of the delivery date. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will issue you a store credit to be used for future purchases on www.schoenbach-jewelry.com.
Please note that we do not offer free return shipping, therefor customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties and taxes. You are welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. Please note we are not to be held responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your packages. Please include the original invoice and address all returns to:
*Christmas Holiday Return Policy: All qualifying orders placed between November 15, and December 23 can be returned through January 15 the following year.
Please be informed that refunds can only be done by issuance of vouchers for future purchases on www.schoenbach-jewelry.com. You will receive an email notification from Schoenbach Jewelry when we receive and process your return. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed.
Defective Goods: If, at the time of sale, a defect is discovered, Schoenbach Jewelry will repair or replace the defective good within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience for the customer. Please contact: email@example.com.
